CARE OF THE JEWELS

All our jewels are 925 sterling silver or 925 sterling silver plated in 3 microns of 18K yellow or pink gold.

Caring for jewelry is essential to keep your jewelry looking as new as the first day.

Close the chains of necklaces and bracelets to avoid knots or entanglement with other jewelry.

We advise you to check the closures to avoid possible losses.

It is important that you know that our gold plating is of high quality, as are all the materials we use in the manufacture of the pieces. This makes the gold plating resistant. Likewise, BYMARTA.ES does not guarantee that your gold-plated jewelry will last forever. For its good conservation, we always recommend taking off your jewelry when: shower, exercise, bathe in the sea, swimming pool, jacuzzi, sauna, use perfumes, creams and chemicals. Keep in mind that the PH of your skin can also influence the conservation status of your jewel.

Whenever you don't use them, store them in their box or in a dry place. Do not use wooden boxes as it contains acids.

The most delicate are the gold-plated rings, due to the more direct contact with the skin, sweat and soaps that are stronger than a shower gel, or alcoholic hydrogels. To maintain the bathroom, you will need to take them off to wash your hands.

The gold-plated earrings, if you choose not to take them off when you shower, we recommend a shampoo without sulfates or silicones, it will always help it last longer.

Keep the rings always separated, so you avoid unnecessary scratches or scratches and this leads to deterioration.

Keep gold separated from the rest and that is not in contact with other metals or coins: Despite the purity of gold, it tends to darken easily so that even oxygen itself causes it to lose its shine. Store your jewelry in cloth bags or organza, even wrapped in a small bed or in its original box.
