What material are the Jewels made of?

Most of our Jewels are made of Sterling Silver with a Rhodium bath, or Sterling Silver with a Gold or 18k Rose Gold bath. Thanks to the Rhodium plating, considered the most expensive metal in the world, we achieve a better appearance and longevity of our pieces.
Also, as we want to follow new trends and offer you more alternatives, we have introduced a new metal in some of our Jewels. It is Gold-plated Steel. The gold-plated steel is very resistant. You will find the detail of the metal of each Jewel in the product sheet.

My Favorite Jewel is out of stock, will it be available again?

If the Jewel appears as sold out, do not worry, you can select the alert button and we will send you an email the moment it is available again so that this time it does not escape you.

How can I know the size of my Ring?

In the file of all the rings, you have a size guide. To access it, you just have to click on “See size guide”. You also have video on Instagram, in highlighted stories "Info", where I explain it to you in detail.

Can I buy just one earring?

Almost all of our earrings from the Minis and Hoops * collections are sold by UNIT (only one earring) or the PAIR (both earrings).
In the description it indicates it and when selecting the product you will find a drop-down menu where you can choose one of the two options (unit or pair). So you have the option of being able to combine them as you want.
There are some models of earrings that do not have the option of purchasing only one unit, so the drop-down will not appear. This means that only the Pair (the two pending) is sold.

The click closure of a hoop earring does not close me. It can be fixed?

Most of the hoops have a click closure, which is very practical. Sometimes you unintentionally loosen the leg that makes the lace and they stop closing. It is simply a matter of raising it smoothly and finding the point where you click.

How are discount codes used?

When you have chosen your Jewels and go to buy them, you will see on the next screen, a box in which we will ask you if you have a discount code. Enter it and the amount of your purchase will automatically be reduced.

Can I use multiple discount codes?

It is only possible to enter a discount code in each order. If we have several promotions in force, they will not be cumulative unless otherwise indicated.
Promotions with a discount on the second or next unit, or 3 x 2 ... will always apply to the jewel of equal or lesser order amount.
The current promotions will not apply to the Jewels included in the Outlet, Packs category since you already have discounts and / or in certain articles.
The Extra Discount for December purchases, obtained with purchases of the Black Friday campaign, will be for a single use per person.
